Straight from the site into the water.
Our Brodau natural beach is reachable directly from the site. During the German summer holidays, the DLRG lifeguards watch over the swimming area. The shallow water is ideal for families, the little ones can splash about, build sandcastles or hunt for shells while you relax in the sun. Playground and supplies are just a few steps away.
Where it gets quieter .
In the northern section you'll find quieter, less frequented spots. From there you can walk all the way to Grömitz marina or hike along the cliff coast, past the Ruheforst Brodau nature reserve, through meadows and forest.
After a stormy night, an early beach walk is especially rewarding, driftwood, amber and sometimes even finds from the deep wait by the water's edge.
Playground, ice cream, gentle waves.
The playground is just a few steps from the beach, and so are the restaurant and the shop. Everything is within reach, and the kids can run free while you enjoy the view.
